General Rank- All in the clan that are actually with the clan(like Tsumi) are missing-nin. It is a nomadic missing-nin clan.

Kekkei Genkei- This is a very special doujutsu. It is constantly active, and takes the form of orange-gold snake eyes. When mastered they become green. This doujutsu allows the user to charm any snake if they make eye contact. This doujutsu also allows the user to utilize genjutsu almost perfectly. While in green eye state, the user can preform any genjutsu without fail, as long as they have learned the technique before using it. It also allows them to charm nearly any animal as long as it makes eye contact.(Therefore they cannot charm a rampaging bear, for it wouldn't make eye contact.)

Clan History- The Batsu clan was once one of the most feared clans in the mist. They were fierce warriors, and impossible to beat when it came to assassinations. In a great clan war between Batsu and Inuzuka, the Batsu lost because their leader would not release the secret of the final state. The secret is hidden in a scroll in the floorboards of their abandoned home in the Mist to this day. When they failed, they blamed and executed the leader before they could get the secret. So, they all left the Mist in shame, becoming nomads and missing-nin. Two of the clan, one being a male who knew of the secret, left the clan and had a child in a village. They were caught and killed by the clan, leaving the child as an orphan.

Personality: Tsumi is a very intimidating person. He is hateful, cold, and has a short temper. He is, however, intelligent. He has taught
himself how to calm down, and know when he can't win. He enjoys killing, because of his nature, but is disgusted with himself for it. He hates himself, and all demons, and wishes he were human.

Name- Tsuki Yumi - Litterally, Moon Bow Height- 5' Weight-60 pounds(Extremely difficult to wield, let alone fire with accuracy.) Description- This bow was given to Tsumi by the supposed "Goddess of the Moon" in greek mythology. Her name is Artemis. The bow takes the shape of a perfect crescent moon when pulled all of the way back. The string being so long, the arrows are massive as well. The bow is decorated with various animal furs, fangs, and claws. The arrows have an odd amount of fur instead of feathers, and the arrowheads are made of fangs from some large beast. Properties(Effects)- This bow has various abilities, all minor. The bow is impossible to hold unless you are the destined wielder, Tsumi. The bow can also pull chakra into the arrows, allowing the arrows to dispel genjutsu and inflict massive damage. The third and final property, it unlocks a style called Tsuki Yoshiki, meaning Moon Style. Name- 5-Section Staff Height- 5' Weight-20 lbs. Description- This staff looks like a normal, black, staff. However, when used correctly, the staff will split. It will now become five different pieces-1' long each- connected by chains. The staff has the Japanese character 'Shini' on it in blood. Properties(Effects)- The staff can split into five sections. The sections are connected by chains, and make almost a whip. The chains can extend a bit, the longest distance the staff can reach being 10'. They also have one other ability, the wood can warp itself using chakra shot through it from the user. Using this ability, the user can make a circular shield(Reinforced by the chakra used to warp the wood. It is able to block any projectile or weapon unless the weapon's ability says otherwise.) or use it to wrap around a weapon, stopping the opponent from using it. Name- Hebi Bunshin - Snake Clone Rank- A Range- Long Effect- This is a ninjutsu utilized by the missing-nin Tsumi. As long as there are dead bodies of snakes lying around when Tsumi preforms this technique, there would be no difficulties in it. For every dead snake in the area, Tsumi creates a clone. These clones can sustain attacks just like regular ninja, but the only jutsu they can preform is soften modification. They also develop fangs that Tsumi doesn't have, and utilize his special snake eyes. These clones are just as fast as Tsumi, but their attacks are significantly weaker. Senei Jashu - Hidden Shadow Snake Hands Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack Senei Jashu is a Ninjutsu technique that manifests a snake which extends from the sleeve. The ninja can extend these snakes to attack a target. Once extended the snake can bite into the target to hold and bind them. Senei Ta Jashu - Multiple Hidden Shadow Snake Hands Rank: - Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack Senei Ta Jashu is a Ninjutsu technique that manifests a torrent of snakes which erupt from the sleeve. The ninja can extend these snakes to attack a target. Once extended the snakes can wrap around and bite into the target to hold and bind them. Hebi Kuchiyose - Spiritualism-Snake Rank-A Range- Type-Supplementary Hebi Kuchiyose is a Ninjutsu that is used to summon massive snakes. These snakes tend to be nearly 20 ft. tall, or more. The user can ride on the snake, or just cause it to attack. This technique is also utilized in a different way by the missing-nin Tsumi. He can also use his chakra to summon the snakes that are in a decently long range away, into the area. The chakra only lures them, from there he has to charm them with a different technique.

It was originally developed for spying activities. This technique can be done after surgery and actual body modification. Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill Rank: E Range: - Type: Supplementary Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds. Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique Rank: E Range: - Type: Supplementary Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. Chakra Kyuuin Jutsu - Chakra Absorption Technique Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack Chakra Kyuuin Jutsu is a special Ninjutsu techinque used by the Leaf ninja Yoroi. After activitating the technique, Yoroi's hand will glow with chakra. When he touches his palm on his opponents body, he can withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing their chakra, it greatly increases his advantage over his opponent. Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique Rank: E Range: - Type: Supplementary Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. Kawarimi no Jutsu - Change of Body Stance Technique Rank: E Range: - Type: Supplementary Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Kanashibari no Jutsu - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. Name-Serpent's First Dance - Hebi Saisho no Dansu Rank- A Range- Close Effect- This is a taijutsu technique utilized by the Missing-nin Tsumi. This technique takes four steps. The first step, Tsumi thrusts his palm forward, absorbing chakra. The second step, Tsumi spins, extending a leg to impact on the opponent's hip. The third, Tsumi continues with the kick, using the momentum to throw his other leg at the opponent's neck. The last step, Tsumi plants his hands on the ground, and makes an arcing motion with his legs, ending with and impact toward the torso with both legs. If these impact the opponent will feel drained, and have problems with their breathing due to the damage toward their ribs and lungs from the final blow.

Plant Techniques

Name- Kouba Anime no Jutsu ~ Plant Animation Technique Rank-B Range- Long(10~30ft.) Type- Ninjutsu/Supplementary Effect- This technique is utilized by many nin. Using this ninjutsu the nin may cause any plant they chose to sprout out of the ground, as tall as they chose. The more developed the plant is the more chakra it takes. This technique opens up for many, many, more techniques. Name-Kinomi Bakudan no Jutsu- Fruit Bomb Technique Range-Differs Rank-C Effect- This is a simple ninjutsu utilized by ninja. Using fruits from a tree nearby, they can create mini bombs. This technique only works with oranges. The oranges will fly toward their opponent and explode, the chakra infused juice becoming a sticky-napalm of citric acid. The only use for the napalm would be to cover the opponent in a cocoon of it to stop their movement, or hurt the opponent if they can't stand the citric acids.

Name- Hindo no Jutsu - Frequency no Jutsu Rank- A Range-Very Long Effect- The user must have a lot of control over their chakra and be extremely skilled with sound techniques to preform this jutsu. This jutsu turns the user's chakra into frequency waves, from there the user directs the waves at an object, matching its frequency and the force needed to make it explode. This technique can only be used on one object at a time. Name- Bodai na Hindo no Jutsu - Massive Frequency Technique Rank-S Range-Long Effect- This technique is similar to Hindo no Jutsu. The user turns their chakra into frequency waves, but this time, instead of aiming at one object, the user shoots out their chakra in a massive wave around them. Every object(Other than humans and animals of course.) within 20 ft. of the user is suddenly blown up, the chakra automatically matching the frequency and power necessary to explode each object. This jutsu takes a sound master or special kekkei-genkei giving extra control over Oto no Jutsu to use. Hebi Jumon-Snake Charm Rank- B Range- Mid(5m~10m) Type-Supplementary Hebi Jumon is a Ninjutsu utilized by the missing-nin Tsumi. These technique utilizes the strange flute he uses. The flute looks like one a snake charmer would use. He uses the chakra-enhanced sound waves to charm nearby snakes into doing his bidding. Oto Hebi-Sound Snakes Rank-B Range- Long Type-Genjutsu/Supplementary Oto Hebi is a Genjutsu utilized by the missin-nin Tsumi. By using sound he can cast any form of genjutsu he desires, though they all revolve around snakes. The most deadly of his genjutsu involves the enemy believing that Tsumi had summoned them into the belly of a snake.

Tsuki Yoshiki- Moon Style

Name- Tsuki Yoshiki- Wangetsu Ya ~ Moon Style-Crecent Arrow Rank-C Type-Ninjutsu Effect- By using the Tsuki Yumi, Tsumi is able to use his chakra to enhance his arrows. These arrows now take the form of a crescent moon. The crescent moon can disrupt chakra, allowing the arrow to dispel genjutsu, or even block chakra-based techniques. The arrows are also a little more powerful, cutting through metal and wood easily. Name- Tsuki Yoshiki- Tsukimaru Ya ~ Moon Style- Full Moon Arrow Rank-B Type-Ninjutsu Effect- This technique is a more powerful version of the crescent moon technique. The only difference in the technique would be that the arrow becomes a disc. This disc will move in whatever way Tsuki wishes. Basically, he can control where his arrows go. Name- Tsuki Yoshiki- Yabun Ya ~ Moon Style- Night Arrow Rank-C Type-Ninjutsu Effect-The user of this technique has to keep hold of the Tsuki Yumi the entire duration of the technique. The user of this technique will launch an arrow from the Tsuki Yumi into the air. The chakra within this arrow will then turn the area into a pitch black dome. Within the dome there is absolutely no light at all. The only way to see in this area is to use Yabun Me technique. Name- Tsuki Yoshiki- Yabun Me ~ Moon Style- Night Eye Rank-C Type-Ninjutsu Effect- The user of this technique has to keep hold of the Tsuki Yumi the entire duration of the technique. This technique allows the user to be able to see in darkness as if the area he were looking at were bathed in moonlight. This causes the user to see everything as a lot paler than it really is, hiding chakra and other such light-colored things.

History/Background Story: Tsumi had grown up in a small village that he cannot recall the name of. The village had no ninja, and only the farmers to protect it. One day, during what seemed to be a mini-war, two different groups met in combat near the village. The one group ended up being driven back to the village, where they made a base of operations. The next battle took place in the village, it was slaughter. Nearly everyone died. There were only five survivors, three sound ninja who had gone missing-nin, one other ninja from the other group, and tsumi. Tsumi had been the orphan of the village anyway, never given a name. He hated the villagers and was glad they were dead. The sound nin took him in however, gave him a name- even though it was very morbid for a little child- and taught him the arts of sound. Once he had mastered sound, they each left him with another gift. One left him an odd flute(This one was secretly his favorite and Ironically named Hebi). Another left him with a secret jutsu, chakra absorption(This one was like an older brother, and always rough with him. His name was Sora.). The last taught him the arts of Snakes. The last one had no name like Tsumi, and they called him Hadaka when he wasn't in earshot.) They had taught him of the sound village, but also told him that where they were headed was too dangerous. So they gave him a map of the regions, and left him alone. He now waits for an Otokage to take up the position so that he may join this village.

Effect- Tsumi has had to learn to escape from other shinobi, being a missing nin. Utilizing his eye to make his genjutsu flawless, he has created five Escape tactics. Escape Tactic Ichi is a simple genjutsu that makes it appear as if the user had teleported away, leaving in a flash of light. In reality the user's chakra is messing with the light reflection that the opponent's eye would take in, causing Tsumi to not appear in their vision.
